INFORMATION COVID-19

Dear guests,
As life gradually returns to normal, your safety and comfort remain our highest priority at Mastiha Villas. Please find below a list of information about our villas and the procedures we follow in order to ensure maximum prosperity for our guests and staff:
All our villas are private, autonomous with separate, private entrances. Physical contact with other tenants is not possible.
The pools and outdoor areas of the villas are disinfected daily in the most detailed way, so as to ensure maximum safety.
There is no physical contact with public places (reception, lobby, etc.) upon arrival and stay. Guests are taken directly to their villa and automatically check-in, following instructions sent to them.
We follow increased and strict cleaning and hygiene protocols: All interior and exterior surfaces of the villa, as well as kitchen utensils, equipment and items are cleaned immediately and disinfected after each check-out. Particular attention is paid to door / window handles, toilets and other regularly exposed surfaces. For this reason, each villa remains disinfected for 2 days after the previous check-out.
Each villa is equipped with a washing machine.
The staff of Mastiha Villas has the necessary protective equipment (medical masks, gloves, goggles) and has been trained strictly according to the social distance and hygiene guidelines set by the WHO and local authorities. Regular group updates ensure that COVID-19 is properly updated.
Each villa is equipped with brand new hand sanitizers and disinfectants.
New thermometers are provided on request.
To date, the island of Chios has not had any Covid-19 cases.
